Lifting weights and getting rich go hand in hand. As a matter of fact, lifting weights will greatly aid you in getting wealthy.

The formula is very simple and straight forward: Lift weights to get rich!

Not only will lifting weights make you look awesome, but it will also help you to get rich.

Get rich if you want to live life to the fullest.

Lifting weights will greatly aid you in doing so.

There are several reasons for this.

But let’s first establish, that it’s imperative to get rich if you want to truly live life to the fullest.

If you want to live life to the max, you need to get rich

The modern times we live in offer us nearly unlimited potential.

You could hop on an airplane to Thailand tomorrow in order to eat coconuts on the beach for breakfast.

You could go skiing in the Alps and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

You could fly to Africa and build wells there to help the less fortunate.

Or if you just want to have fun, you could swim with dolphins, buy a mansion and a Bentley, heck, you could own a whole basketball team if you’re so inclined (shout-out to Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks).

The bottom line is this: You can do anything you wish. There’s no stopping you, if you have the money and are able to afford it.

Fears People Have About Being Rich

Most of the time, people don’t realize they have these fears. They’re often unconscious, but they’re there.

There are two major thought patterns people have with regards to money:

1.) Being rich doesn’t make you happy.

Of course, it doesn’t, at least no long-term.

But neither does being poor.

The key in life is to be happy right now (shout-out to Eckhart Tolle). And to enjoy the journey step-by-step.

Take your time to smell the roses. But also think about how great it would be to be able to buy the whole rose garden.

So as long as you’re enjoying the process of getting rich, you’re good. And since it usually doesn’t happen just over night, you better learn to love the process.

2). The love of money is the root of all evil.

This may very well be true.

However, you don’t have to love money.

There’s no need to love money. Simply view it as a tool that allows you to do all the things you’ve always wanted to do.

Consider money the ticket to freedom. See it as a means to an end.

Also realize that you won’t get rich by scamming other people. You get rich by helping other people get what they want. And finding a way to get paid for the solution you provide. Help a million people and you’ll soon be a millionaire.

Therefore, don’t love money. See it as a way to measure how many people you’ve helped.

How Lifting Weights Helps You to Get Rich

If you had to pick one quality that you absolutely must have in order to get rich, what would it be?

(Hint: It’s the same quality you need to have if you want to build an awesome body)

If you want to get rich, you absolutely need to be consistent.

Consistency is the most important quality you need to have in order to be successful.

Building a great looking body and building a business to get rich are endeavors that are  extremely similar in nature.

Lots of people decide to join the gym as the new year begins.

And yet the majority of people don’t stick with it. They quit before they see the results they were hoping for.

And quitters aren’t winners.

The same people also struggle to be consistent with any other business endeavors they undertake.

If you can’t even manage to go to the gym 3-4 times a week on a consistent basis, even if you don’t feel like going, how can have the discipline to apply yourself consistently to your online business (or whatever) until you succeed?

Success is not spectacular. It’s not an event.

Success is a process.

Consistent hustle is what’ll make you successful.

Lifting Weights Motivates You to Do More

You don’t just lift weights to look great.

You do it, to do it.

By never missing a workout day, you prove to yourself that you have what it takes to be successful in any area of life: Consistency and discipline.

I don’t workout just to look good. I work out because that’s what I do. Whether I feel like it or not. Whether I feel great and energetic or exhausted and tired.

Because of my lifting routine, I also stick with my other disciplines more easily.

Lifting weights teaches you that you need to do your workout, regardless of whether or not you feel like it.

If your routine is to lift weights on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you know that you’ll lift weights on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, come hell or high water. Skipping a day because you don’t feel like it is not an option.

If you want to be successful at anything, you need to put in the work consistently, whether you feel like it or not.

You can’t be a wimp.

You can’t be undisciplined.

And if you manage to work out consistently and thereby prove to yourself that you are willing to work hard (physically) even if you’re tired or unmotivated, you will find that having the discipline to work on your project is a piece of cake.

If you’re the master of your physical body and don’t let exhaustion or lethargy deter you from doing your workout, you will find that the mind is much easier to tame.

So if you manage to have consistency when it comes to lifting weights and working out, you’ll also have the consistency when it comes to working on a project.

Remember this:

Every success in life requires dedication and is based on consistent efforts.

If you manage to work out consistently, not getting sidetracked by changing moods and varying motivation, you have what it takes to become successful and get rich.

Even if you’re not religious in any way, the system for getting rich and successful has stayed the same for over 2000 years:

If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones (Luke 16:10).

Of course, lifting weights isn’t a little thing.

But by putting in the work at the gym consistently and over a longer period of time, you have proven yourself worthy and riches, success, and the attainment of your goals can all be yours.

Therefore, be consistent, be faithful in lifting weights, and, unlike the majority of people, you’re well on your way to getting rich.

Till next time,
