I’m Dom and there are two things in life that I especially love.  Fitness and making money online. That’s why I created DoeppertFitness.com. I believe that doing well in one area of your life can really help you in other areas, as well.

I believe that when you work to improve your body and your fitness, you will greatly benefit from it. Becoming wealthy (in terms of money, family, friends and experience) and having a great body go hand in hand.

Building muscle and getting wealthy are really just two sides of the same coin: Striving to improve yourself and making the most of your life.

I graduated from the University of Augsburg with a M.Ed. in Geography, English, and educational science. I am currently working on my second Bachelor’s degree in business studies and I work in finance reporting.

What’s so special about DoeppertFitness.com?

A lot of fitness sites out there give horrible advice. If you listen to them, you will actually derail your progress and take two steps backwards. Very often, people write for fitness website who have no experience in working out or who don’t even have a good body themselves.

These days, a lot of people give advice about how to lose fat and build muscle, and yet they don’t even look good themselves.

Unlike so many fitness websites and blogs, here at DoeppertFitness.com I only give advice that is personally tried and tested, that is backed up by science and studies, and that has actually worked for me.

I won’t give you any bs advice from dubious fitness magazines that only works for people on steroids and does not work for natural lifters like you and I.

  • I actually walk the talk. All the advice I give has worked for me and other people. All natural lifters and regular Joes and Janes.
  • I have been working out (on and off) for about 10 years. I have tried every single workout routine out there. I have tried every single diet out there, in order to improve performance outside and inside the gym.
  • I only work out 4 hours per week max and I have done so all my life (I actually used to work out only three hours a week for years, with excellent results).
  • I have tried so many workout routines that just don’t work for natural lifters. I want to save you the time and help you get awesome results immediately. Your time is precious, don’t waste it on workout routines and plans that don’t even work.
  • I maintain a great looking body year round with ease. I don’t even have to put that much work into it, even though I don’t have great genetics. With the right scientific strategy, so can you.
  • I believe that working out should be done in the most efficient and effective way possible. We all lead busy lives and can’t (or don’t want to) spend hours in the gym every day. All you need is a well-formulated workout routine that is catered towards natural lifters, not lifters on steroids.
  • I believe that working out and looking good should be fun and easy and not take over your whole life.
  • I believe that building a great looking body and getting wealthy are two synergistic endeavors. They complement each other extremely well.
  • I know that losing fat and building muscle is extremely simple, easy, and happens pretty fast, if you have the right plan.
  • I’m not naturally that well built, I don’t have great genetics, , I don’t even take creatine, and I maintain a great looking body year round with ease. If I can, so can you.
